Dogs and Cats

Dogs barking outdoors are a persistent nuisance. The Declaration states that “barking dogs left outside shall not be permitted.” The Executive Board intends to enforce this provision, both in response to complaints and whenever a board member witnesses a problem.

Owners also are responsible for picking up after their dogs, wherever they may go, including the common areas. Also, dogs must be leashed at all times when outside fenced yards.

Pet cats must not be allowed to roam free. They have been known to defecate on neighboring properties and destroy birds.
