Changes to Your Property

Any changes to a home’s exterior and land must be reviewed in advance by the Architectural Review Committee and approved by the Executive Board. The process begins by completing an Application for Alterations, Additions and Landscaping form HERE.

Alternatively, the application may be downloaded, completed by hand and deposited postage-free in the drop box, located curbside in Common Area 2 between 21 and 27 Saratoga Run or mailed to PO Box 269 Annville, PA 17003.

Failure to follow this procedure may result in remedial action to bring the property into compliance, fines and a property lien.

Moreover, the board will not issue a resale certificate to any property that is in violation of the community’s rules. (Pennsylvania requires sellers to obtain such resale certificates.)
