ILLEGAL DUMPING of Yard Waste

North Londonderry Twp.’s police chief has alerted the Olde Stone Way Homeowners’ Association that yard waste is being dumped illegally on Londonderry Village property along the southwest section of our development. Please be advised the area now is under video surveillance by Londonderry Village security.

As a reminder, the township’s compost facility at 655 East Ridge Road in Palmyra accepts grass clippings, garden residue, leaves and tree and shrub trimmings. Access cards may be purchased at the adjacent township office for a $35 annual fee.

Please CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS

It’s common courtesy to clean up after your pet, whether on private property, the community’s three common areas or our streets. If you see someone walk away without cleaning up, ask them to go back and get rid of the mess. No one wants to step in something that belongs to you and track it into the house.

NO TRESPASSING in the Retention Basin

The Olde Stone Way retention basin is off-limits for all activities. The warm weather has brought out golfers, dog walkers, parents and children playing. In the recent past, large sinkholes have opened up in the basin without warning , creating a hazard for all. If you see someone trespassing, please ask them to leave. We don’t want anyone to get hurt, and it is in our mutual best interest to protect the Olde Stone Way Homeowners Association from liability.

Branch Chipping and Collection

North Londonderry Twp. crews will collect and chip branches (from 1 to 3 inches in diameter) on Sept. 8 and Oct. 5. Branches must be placed on your yard by 7 a.m. on collection days.

Free-Roaming Cats PROHIBITED

The Executive Board recently received complaints of free-roaming cats owned by neighbors. The Olde Stone Way Declaration states that household pets “shall at all times be kept on a leash or some other appropriate means of control.” Please be a good neighbor and avoid fines by keeping your cat on your property.
